Enable the organization to grow UX through adopting a process (User Lab & Design Sprint initiative) and scaling the UX resources within 1,5 year
Integrate User Centric Design framework inside product development process: demonstrate how research could be implemented in different stages of the product development cycle and how to it could be done in a collaborative way (adoption of Design Sprint with multiple cross-functional teams)
In charge of conducting qualitative research for mobile apps (Android and iOS), Search & Payment domains and internal tools. Support the teams with conducting mixed qualitative research methods, analyze and share findings for concept development and iterations
Support and train designers in conducting onsite and remote research
Create low and high fidelity prototype for multiple customer-facing domains within the booking funnel. Perform internal usability testing and guerilla study to test and validate design decisions quickly.

UI design for the website and style guide definition
UI/UX Design for HeavenHR dashboard (workflow and UI/UX for recruiting feature)
UX Research for Vacation and Absence feature (basic usability test think aloud study), came up with redesign ideas for this feature
Shaping the brand definition of the company from the start: branding guidelines, art direction for the online and offline marketing and branding materials- Working closely mostly with Product Manager, Front End Developer and Marketing manager.
Online Marketing Design at Carmudi (Rocket Internet)
Define global online marketing design concepts and outputs to be used for different markets and continents (South East Asia, Latin America, Africa and UEA). Support PR with internal and external marketing design materials. Optimize UI/UX and contents for CRM. Working closely with Online Marketing Manager, SEO, CRM, SEM and PR.
